You don’t have to be a specialist film-maker to create a great short film.
Sometimes the funniest and most inspirational films are created by someone using a family video camera… or even a mobile phone.
We’re looking for short films (60 seconds long) on climate change action: things people can do, things people are already doing, or funny and creative ideas for being climate friendly. You don’t have to be a techie climate change expert to be the perfect person to make a film that will encourage other viewers to take action.
Once you’ve made your film, you upload it to
SkyCast and tag it
greenshoots.
The competition closing date is midnight on 31 December 2007. That’s plenty of time to come up with an idea and start filming from scratch – even if you have no previous experience.
The winner will have their film shown on Sky TV, with the potential to reach one in three families in the UK. Just imagine the huge positive impact you could make.
Please make sure you read the
Entry Criteria and
Terms and Conditions carefully before you submit your film.
